  昨日,北京青年报记者从市人力社保局了解到,4年来,本市引领万余名大学生在京开办创业实体万余个。

北京地区和北京生源高校毕业生就业率始终排在全国前列。   市人力社保局相关负责人表示,为推动大众创业、万众创新,自2014年以来,深入实施北京市大学生创业引领计划,4年来,累计引领万余名大学生在京开办创业实体万余个,带动大学生就业万余人;为5000余名大学生提供了创业培训,发放创业担保贷款300余万元。   2016年6月,市人力社保局联合中关村股权交易服务集团,在全国率先开启了“大创服务平台+大创板”服务新模式。

大学生创业者通过这一服务能获取人力社保各项政策和人事人才相关服务,目前已累计服务大学生创业者近5000人次。

  本市还实现了大学生创业“进口有政府服务、出口有市场承接”。

凡在校大学生、毕业5年内的高校毕业生和留学回国人员等,都可以享受免费的资本市场服务和人力社保公共服务。 目前,大创板挂牌企业已达41家,注册资本超过亿元,主要从事信息和软件服务业、科学技术服务业、文化教育等行业。   针对离校未就业高校毕业生就业,特别是困难家庭高校毕业生就业,市人力社保部门制定并完善了求职创业补贴政策,为北京地区高校的困难毕业生发放一次性求职创业补贴,每人1000元。 逐步扩大帮扶群体范围,从最初只有城乡低保家庭这一类群体,扩大到现在的建档立卡贫困家庭(低收入农户)、贫困残疾家庭、残疾、毕业学年获得国家助学贷款和特困人员中的高校毕业生共6类群体,累计发放补贴2500余万元。   此外,市人力社保部门建立起与市农委、市民政、市残联、市公安等部门的信息共享及数据比对机制,实施“一生一策”式的精准帮扶。

两年来,累计帮扶困难家庭高校毕业生484人。

其中,低收入农户毕业生158人。
